With just over a month to go, the final programme for this year’s ninth annual EuroHedge Summit – to be held again at the Palais de la Bourse in Paris on 24-26 April – is nearing completion
The AsiaHedge Forum 2012, held in Hong Kong on 29 February to 1 March, attracted more than 300 Asian hedge fund managers, global allocators and policy makers. Lively debates and animated keynote addresses during the two-day event focused on several key issues: macro headwinds, business sustainability, capital inflows and, most importantly, alpha generation amid changing global dynamics
A mix of long-established names and some newer players came through to take the EuroHedge awards this year - after a challenging time in 2011 when volatile markets were largely in the grip of political and macro events
