Ex-RBC bankers launch River Oaks

Two Ex-RBC Capital Markets investment bankers have started up a long/short equity hedge fund. David Welch, a former managing director at RBC and Matt Johnson, a former principal at RBC, have started River Oaks Capital and launched an equity hedge fund focused mainly on small-cap and micro-cap financial services stocks.
