Omega back in court

The scandal involving Azerbaijan oil, the "Pirate of Prague" and his American investors has taken another plot twist, as Omega Advisors plans to sue Clayton Lewis, a one-time Omega principal.

The suit follows federal prosecutors' recent disclosure that Lewis had pleaded guilty to bribing Azeri government officials in connection with the failed investment.
