Shareholder activist Robert Chapman is in the final stages of preparing to unleash his new firm on corporate America.

In preparation for his April 1 launch, Chapman has brought in a new partner to focus exclusively on executing activist strategies, freeing him to hunt down new targets. David Voyticky, formerly of the mergers-and-acquisitions departments of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan, will take over fights after Chapman has made the initial attacks in his signature 13D filings....
