   Paul Tudor Jones
It's no secret that Paul Tudor Jones is a nature enthusiast. But few may realize he owns Singita Grumeti Reserves, a firm that promotes ecotourism in Tanzania's vast Serengeti District.

Jones's Grumeti has been investing in Tanzania for nearly five years, and in August the group upped the stakes by funding the construction of a new regional airport near Serengeti wildlife and gaming reservations. While Jones's funding is in place, local news suggests that ethnic clashes may require additional investment to ensure security during construction. The airport is expected to create 600 jobs.
