Metropolitan Capital Advisors Select Fund is a concentrated portfolio containing the best ideas of the firm's flagship Metropolitan Capital Advisors fund, an equity-focused portfolio that follows an event-driven, special-situations strategy. Metropolitan created the best-ideas fund in response to demand from investors looking for a vehicle that would target higher returns, Finerman says.
