Swiss bank Syz & Co acquires stake in Spanish group N+1

Syz & Co is continuing its expansion in southern Europe with a joint venture in Spain. The Swiss bank has acquired a 50% stake in the asset management company owned by Spanish group N+1.

The joint company, which will be called N+1 Syz Gestión, will provide asset management services to high level clients in Spain.
