New identity aims to increase investor awareness of the long-running global equity strategy

Bruce Nelson Capital, the long-running global equity boutique led by former GLG man Richard Bruce since 2002, is rebranding itself with the new trading name of Trinity Street Asset Management as part of a move to expand its investor awareness and exploit the firm's longevity and decent track record.

The name change, which reflects the fact that original co-founder Craig Nelson left the firm shortly after its inception, comes at a time when the firm has outperformed global equity markets substantially through the recent turbulence, with both its long-only and long/short strategies performing well.
