Eton Park, York and BlueMountain offer speakers for Absolute Return Symposium

New speakers hail from BlueMountain, Eton Park, York and the Federal Reserve. Also, blogger/hedge fund manager Jeff Matthews to join the fray.
New speakers have been added to the lineup at the Sixth Annual Absolute Return Symposium, to be held Nov. 3 and 4 in New York. Michael Weinberger of York Capital Management and Isaac Corre of Eton Park Capital Management will be joining Dan Loeb of Third Point on the event-driven panel.
The regulation panel, focusing on the topic of regulation of OTC derivatives, is also taking shape. Sam Cole of BlueMountain Capital Management and Theo Lubke, senior vice president in the bank supervision group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, will be on the panel, which will be moderated by Darcy Bradbury, the new chair of the Managed Funds Association and senior vice president of D. E. Shaw.
The equities panel will feature Ross Margolies of Stelliam Investment Management, which is in the running for this year's Absolute Return equities award this year, and Jeff Matthews of Ram Partners, known for his blog Jeff Matthews Is Not Making This Up and author of "Pilgrimage to Warren Buffett's Omaha: A Hedge Fund Manager's Dispatches from Inside the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting."
