Frey Quantitative Strategies is set to enter the funds of funds arena for the first time with a global multi-strategy product that will take advantage of the deep quantitative knowledge and mathematical mind of Robert Frey, former managing director of Renaissance Technologies Corporation.

At a time when funds of funds are entering a new paradigm and many of the old guard are still haemorrhaging assets, the Frey Multi-Strategy Fund, which promises to be a "new generation" fund, has already raised $350 million from ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices, who know Frey and his scientific approach to managing money.
