APG-backed IMQ seeds mCapital's Europe and Asia distressed venture

Former Merrill Lynch principal credit investment head Mark Devonshire is getting set to launch his long-awaited mCapital European and Asian Special Situations Fund after raising anchor investment from a leading Dutch institutional seeder.

IMQubator, the Amsterdam-based emerging manager fund backed by Dutch pension fund giant APG, is seeding the mCapital launch with €25 million of locked-up three-year money.
