Toscafund Asset Management, the London-based group headed by Martin Hughes, has announced a major new hire with the appointment of Alain Bourrier, former managing director and head of emerging markets at BlackRock.
As of July 1, Bourrier became a partner at Toscafund and portfolio manager for the Tosca Asia / Africa fund group, joining the existing team of Hughes, Tom Brooks and Rob Sheward.
