London-based Marshall Wace made a decision to invest aggressively into Asia during the financial crisis, which has helped it emerge as a robust business able to handle the Asian volatility


Marshall Wace is one of the few European hedge fund houses that has been able to make its mark in Asia through a mélange of its TOPS products, hiring talented local portfolio managers and a strategic joint venture with GaveKal Asia.
