EFG Asset Management debuts distressed note ideal for portfolio customisation trend

EFG Asset Management has launched the first in a series of hedge fund structured notes at a time when portfolio customisation is starting to take a firm foothold. What EFG is seeking to offer with EFG Alternative Series - Distressed Certificate, which will not be accessible to US-based investors, is exposure to the distressed strategy in a vehicle that can be delivered quickly and that the market understands.
