London-based trading firm BlackCat Capital Partners is setting up a pooled fund through which to offer access to its proprietary fully automated systematic trading platform.
BlackCat, which was founded by Matthew Breakwell and John Reeve, began trading in April 2008. Breakwell previously spent about 15 years managing early-stage companies. Reeve has a background in the telecommunications industry and has traded the equity and futures markets for more than a decade using a systematic approach.
