Everest Capital, a $2 billion global macro hedge fund in Miami, has formed a strategic partnership with the RiceHadley Group, the consulting firm founded by former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and former U.S. National Security Advisor Stephen Hadley, according to a letter the firm sent to investors....
