The unveiling of a potentially big new systematic trading venture between Brevan Howard Asset Management and London Diversified Fund Management co-founder David Gorton forms part of a wider reorganisation of LDFM that will ultimately lead to the creation of three separate asset management entities.

Gorton and Brevan Howard announced earlier this month that they had joined forces to form a new joint venture called DG Systematic Trading LLP, which will pursue systematic trading strategies.
