Firm plans spin-off fund to enable investors to take positions in individual transactions


London and Geneva-based Scipion Capital has notched up an impressive track record for its Africa-focused commodity trade finance fund since launching just over three years ago, with positive performance every single month since inception.

Not only has the strategy avoided making any losses, but there has also been relatively little fluctuation in the returns made from month to month - and the fund has just recorded its best numbers to date, returning 2.30% in August and 2.52% in September.
