Evanston sells stake to TA Associates

TA Associates, a private equity firm, has completed an investment in Evanston Capital Management, a $4.2 billion fund of hedge funds manager.

Evanston Capital, which is headquartered in Evanston, Illinois, was founded in 2002 by David Wagner, former vice president and chief investment officer of Northwestern University.
