Alpha Strategic raises £2.5 million with Northill placing

AIM-listed hedge fund investment group Alpha Strategic has received a significant investment of nearly £2.5 million from Northill Europe Holdings, a private company incorporated in Luxembourg whose ultimate majority owner is the Swiss-based Bertarelli family.

The investment comes in the form of a placing of 4,705,137 ordinary shares in the capital of Alpha Strategic at a price of 53 pence per ordinary share.
