Eton Park loses another real estate pro to KKR

Roger Morales has joined the private equity firm as a principal for real estate investments, reuniting him with former Eton Park partner Ralph Rosenberg.
Another Eton Park Capital Management veteran has joined private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., which continues to build its real estate investing team with professionals from the New York hedge fund.
Roger Morales is now a principal for real estate investments at $61 billion KKR, reuniting him with Ralph Rosenberg, a former partner at Eton Park responsible for the firm's strategies in commercial real estate debt and equity markets.
