State Street to offer managed accounts via new joint venture

State Street Corporation has formed a strategic alliance with InfraHedge, a UK-based company providing an independent governance and risk management infrastructure for institutional investors to invest in hedge funds through managed accounts. To do this, State Street has taken a majority equity investment in InfraHedge.
