More bouncy returns in July for Asian equity managers

Asian-equity focused hedge fund managers generally delivered stronger returns in July compared to the previous month, with funds focused on Indian and Chinese stocks delivering the biggest gains, the latest AsiaHedge data shows.

The AsiaHedge Composite index, which tracks overall performance of Asia-focused hedge funds, gained 0.92% during the month compared to a 0.73% decline in June.
