NY State CIO steps down

Raudline Etienne, chief investment officer of the $147 billion New York State Common Retirement Fund since March 2008, has left her post on 15 September. New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli announced that Marjorie Tsang, who is assistant comptroller for real estate investments, will serve as interim CIO as of 16 September.
