London-based private asset management and investment advisory firm CVC Capital Partners and specialist US-based fund manager Resource America are combining their credit asset management operations to form a major new global credit and CLO asset manager.
CVC Cordatus – the European debt investment arm of CVC Capital Partners that was set up in 2006 – is merging with Apidos Capital Management, which also specialises in non-investment grade corporate credit investing, to form CVC Credit Partners (CCP).
