Investors allocating more funds to China, says Permal chief

Isaac Souede, chairman and CEO of the $21 billion fund-of-funds giant Permal Group, says investors have been allocating more funds to China, a trend that has taken hold over the past three to four months in reaction to steadying fundamentals. The country is widely viewed to be going on a "soft landing' after decades of rapid economic growth.
