Several well-known managers have decided to return money to
investors following a difficult 2011, and the prospects of more
uncertainty in 2012. These include Isometric Capital, Tribridge
Investment Partners, Thaddeus Capital and Penta
The decisions to do so are triggered by factors often unique
to each fund, but that usually include flattish or poor
performance and/or pressure from seeding investors who want
their money back after getting weak returns.
