DSP partners buy control of firm from founder Dalton’s family

Dalton Strategic Partnership, the London-based asset management firm, has announced changes to the ownership structure and management of the business in the wake of the death of founder Andrew Dalton in April last year.

Agreement has been reached in principle for the purchase of equity by the executive partners of Dalton Strategic Partnership (DSP) from the Dalton family. As a result of the transaction, senior executives of DSP will control 51.5% of the equity of the firm while the Dalton family will continue to retain a quarter of the firm’s equity.
