The SkyBridge Multi-Adviser Hedge Fund Portfolios, previously known as Citigroup Alternative Investments Multi-Adviser Hedge Fund Portfolios, seems to be a fund in transition set to launch what is expected to be a legacy-free version under the name SkyBridge GII Fund. Also in the pipeline, according to a Form D filed on 28 November 2011, is the SkyBridge Quantitative Equity Driven Fund, classified as a pooled investment fund likely to take advantage of the strategy-specific needs that increasing customisation will bring.
The existing $1.78 billion registered investment company FoHF, managed by SkyBridge Capital II, is the largest RIC available for sale in the US. General Motors’ $6.6 billion RIC is run as a registered FoHF for its internal audience.
