LNG in seed deal with US-based Palmer Square and partners

LNG Capital, the European long/short credit firm based in London and headed by industry veteran Louis Gargour, has entered a partnership deal with US-based Palmer Square Capital Management, along with Montage Investments and Atlantic Asset Management.

In addition to securing significant investment capital, the relationship provides LNG Capital with access to the distribution channels of Montage and Atlantic.

Gargour was one of the pioneers among European credit hedge funds, launching a fund independently before moving to RAB Capital in 2001, where the firm’s surviving European credit strategy is still co-managed by his cousin Farid Gargour.
