MCP seeds star ex-Millennium Capital quant manager

Hong Kong-based MCP Asset Management, one of the biggest
alternative asset allocators in the region, is providing JPY3
billion ($36.5 million) in seed capital to two long/short funds
to be run by ex-Millennium Capital quant trader Masakatsu
