The London-listed investment trust chaired by Lord Jacob Rothschild RIT Capital Partners and the Edmond de Rothschild Group entered into a joint venture through the creation of a new company.

The closing of the transaction is pending regulatory approval, but in the coming year RIT and Edmond de Rothschild Group plan to work together to strengthen their cooperation on investment opportunities...
