Dexion, CSAM team up for LSE-listed launch in growing insurance-linked strategies space

Dexion Capital and Credit Suisse Asset Management have joined forces to float a new London Stock Exchange-listed investment company specialising in the growing alternative investment area of insurance-linked strategies.

The new Guernsey-registered DCG Iris vehicle is a feeder fund for the CS IRIS Low Volatility Plus Fund, which is managed by Credit Suisse. The investment manager is Dexion Capital Guernsey and Dexion Capital is the sole placing agent for the closed-ended fund offering. The company will offer exposure to a highly diversified portfolio of catastrophe risks with a target net return of Libor plus 5%-7% and annual volatility of 2-4%.
