The agenda for the annual InvestHedge Forum is almost
complete. A variety of new names and new sessions, including
'The Way of M&A: Survival of the Biggest' have been added
in recent weeks in line with the conference's aim to stay as
current as possible with the major topics of the day.
Performance continues to be high up on the agenda after
persistent lacklustre returns in the past year or so have
called into question the whole purpose of hedge funds. Under
the overall theme of The Pursuit of Performance, this year's
InvestHedge Forum, will once again be held in the glamorous
setting of The British Museum on 2-3 October.
The two-day London conference will open with a global macro
panel that will include top managers, economists and investors
including George Papamarkakis of North Asset Management, Tim
Bond of Odey Asset Management, Steven Bell of GLC...
