Amsterdam-based European equities boutique Aster-X benefits from the turnaround in Turkey

Amsterdam-based European equity specialist Aster-X Capital Management is making very healthy progress this year with its two long/short funds, thanks in part to a large thematic bet on Turkey and a renewed focus on liquid large-cap stocks.

The Aster-X Europe Fund is up around 21.06% to the end of August, while Aster-X Panorama - a more aggressive take on the same strategy - has made 25.26%.
