Two more industry veterans have joined the international advisory council of the Shanghai Hedge Fund Association (SHFA). They are Anthony D’Silva, the managing director of Apex Investments/Apex Fund Services in Shanghai; and Christian Stoiber, a managing director at Aquila Capital responsible for building out the latter’s operation in Asia.
