The launch at the start of December of a new Irish-regulated residential mortgage-backed securities fund will mark a new step in the development of WyeTree Asset Management, the $250 million London-based structured credit specialist led by Judith Sciamma.

Sciamma set up WyeTree in 2007 as a 50/50 joint venture with a large Australian funds management group. The joint venture partner provides all the central business functions for WyeTree through its London operation, while the firm’s own dedicated team comprises eight people – all in front-line roles covering investments, operations or investor relations.
