Eugenie Sibeud, who worked in Goldman Sachs' prime brokerage division for nearly 18 years, has joined Scout Capital Management.

Sibeud was most recently a vice president in the capital introductions group at Goldman Sachs. She worked at the bank from July 1995 until May, when she joined Scout as a managing director for investor relations and marketing. She will co-head...
