Which emerging managers are headed for greatness?

Many of Absolute Return's Funds to Watch, such as those
managed by Brett Jefferson (above) of Hildene Capital
Management have proven to be top performers.

Absolute Return is now accepting nominations for the annual Funds to Watch feature, in which we profile up-and-coming Americas hedge funds and their managers. Please submit your nominations to
simone.foxman@absolutereturn.net
by November 1.

Many prior Funds to Watch have gone on to become hedge fund superstars, such as now-$2.05 billion Hayman Capital Management, $1.49 billion Hildene Capital Management and $1.45 billion Metacapital Management.

Submissions should include a pitch book with performance and biographical details, as well as each firm's contact information. The materials are used only for selection purposes and will not be posted or distributed.

As in prior years, to be considered funds must:

»» Be at least one year old.

»» Manage assets of less than $500 million, firmwide.

»» Have performance in excess of their strategy peers, ideally with no down years to date.

The origin of any and all submissions will be kept strictly confidential, unless the nominator asks to be identified.
