1. Who do I contact if I have a question about my subscription?

2. Where can I find my subscription number?
Your subscription number appears on the address label of your print copy. It can also be found on your invoice and receipt; it will start with either: MBH00, MEH00, MAH00, MIH00 or MAU00.


3. How do I change the delivery address of my print subscription?
We require all address changes, including individual names and email address to be submitted in writing. This can be via email, fax or post, using the contact details above. Please state the old address and the new address and the subscription number to allow us to retrieve and change your details.


4. I am missing a copy of the magazine, how do I claim?
Please note, our period to claim a missing issue is within the last 3 cover dates, this is to ensure we have the issues in stock and also so we can look into any distribution problems. Please contact Customer Services, stating your subscription number (see point 2. if you're not sure where to find this), publication name and the cover date of the issue you are missing.


5. How to order a back issue?
All back issue content is available on our website. If you wish to purchase access to this archived online content or purchase a print copy of a back issue, please email or call customer services on +44(0)207 779 8610.



6. Can I access my online subscription from more than one computer?

What is included in my subscription?
HedgeFund Intelligence offers multiple subscription levels so that you have the widest choice regarding the information that you wish to purchase.

You can choose the geographical region in which you are interested: Absolute Return covers the U.S markets, EuroHedge, the European market and AsiaHedge the Asia-Pacific zone. InvestHedge covers the global hedge fund investor market, whilst Absolute UCITS offers extensive coverage of the rapidly developing UCITS sub-sector.

You may choose to select one or more of these brands to supply the hedge fund information that you require.

From here your access will depend on the level of subscription you have purchased.

Please contact our sales team if you are interested in upgrading your subscription or purchasing further subscriptions.


8. What are the current subscription rates?

Please contact our sales team who will quote the best available price depending on the subscription access that you require.


9.How can I pay for my subscription?

You may pay for your subscription by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) or by requesting an invoice to be sent to your company. The invoice will state payment options, including details of cheque and bank transfers.

10. What shall appear on my credit card statement for my subscription?

If payment is taken online your statement will have the reference “ "EUROMONEY ONLINE TRAN LONDON"
Otherwise it will show - Euromoney PLC London UK.
For payments made to a subscriptions agency please contact the agency directly.


11. When will my subscription start and finish?
This information can be found on your receipt. Alternatively please contact
Customer Services, quoting your subscription number.


12. What is the difference between a free trial and a subscription?

Trials offer limited access to the website for one week. Individuals can take just one trial - not repeat trials over time. Because our trials offer online access,
contact our sales team if you would prefer to receive a print copy of a magazine.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer free trials to our data products or archived online content. However our sales team are able to give demonstrations on request. 


13. How do I apply for a free trial?

click here. It takes just seconds to register for a trial. 


14. How do I confirm my expiry date?
This can be found on your receipt, which will state the period of your subscription. You receive a written receipt by post after your payment is processed. Alternatively, please
contact Customer Services quoting your subscription number (see point 2. on this page if you're unsure where to find this) and the full name of the subscriber.


15. Will I be reminded before my subscription expires?
You will be reminded by emails and by post when your account is due for renewal to ensure there is no lapse in service.


16. How do I cancel my subscription?

We regret that we cannot refund any subscription payment (as per our terms and conditions). We would, however, be happy to transfer the subscription to an alternative person for the remainder of the subscription term.

In the instance of a multiple-year subscription, we will be happy to offer a refund after year 1 of the subscription.

If you still wish to cancel your subscription, we require all cancellations to be submitted in writing. This can be via email, fax or by post. Please contact Customer Services. Please state the subscription number and name and address of subscriber. It would help us improve the quality of the product if you could tell us why you are cancelling.

17. What terms and conditions apply to my use of the service?

terms and conditions as well as the addendum, which prohibits disclosing or copying and distributing all or part of the information supplied by HedgeFund Intelligence as part of a subscription.

18. I've forgotten my password or username?

HedgeFund Intelligence's website allows subscriber's access via a username and password based security system.

If you need a password reminder, click here. You can request a reminder at any time, just use the 'Forgot password' link on the Login form.  

Your username is the email address you supplied when you registered. If you have forgotten the email address you registered with, please contact Customer Services. If you are a subscriber please help us by quoting your subscription number (if you're unsure where to fnd this, see point 2. on this F.A.Q.s page).

For your security login details can only be sent to the registered email address.


19. If I am a subscriber but the system does not recognise my email address what should I do?

If you are a subscriber and the website does not recognise your email address, it is because we do not have a record of this email address on your subscriber account. You could try logging in with another email address you use, just in case you registered with us using another email. If the problem persists though please don't hesitate to contact Customer ServicesIf you can quote your subscription number (see point 2. on this page if you're not sure where to find this) and the email address you want to use to login. We will set up your access and send you your login details.


20. If I still cannot access the site or I am receiving an error message what should I do?

Please email Customer Services with details of the exact error message you are receiving and at what stage you are experiencing these difficulties and we will look into this for you. Alternatively you can call Customer Services on +44 (0)20 7779 8610.


21. How can I see the latest magazine issue on the website?
The latest print edition of each publication can be found by clicking on the link in the top right corner of the screen.

Email Alerts

23. How do I unsubscribe from the e-mail newsletters?
To unsubscribe from any newsletter please select the unsubscribe option at the bottom of each email you receive and follow the instructions.


24. Why have I stopped receiving the e-mail alerts?
Some newsletters are stopped by company firewalls and spam filters. Please check with your IT Department about allowing the newsletter through.
If this is not the case, please
contact Customer Services, and we can look into this matter and check when the last newsletter was sent out. We can double check your email address is on the newsletter distribution list.

The EuroHedge App

Using the EuroHedge App

What is the EuroHedge app?

This app is the best way to access EuroHedge content from your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch when you’re on the move. The app brings you all the latest news that is available on the website, optimised for Apple mobile devices, with additional features and personalisation options.

Why should I sign in?

The app offers the recent content from EuroHedge without needing to sign in. By signing in you can access all of the latest news and fund performance from EuroHedge.

The app login uses the same username and password as www.eurohedge.com. If you have an active subscription or trial to EuroHedge and are having issues logging in please contact srajiah@hedgefundintelligence.com. If your trial or subscription has expired you will need to restart your access either by following the links to subscribe from the app or by contacting srajiah@hedgefundintelligence.com.

How often is the app updated?

The app is updated with the latest news on a weekly basis. You can hit refresh from the home screen if you wish to make an immediate request for recent news.

How long should it take to download content?

This depends on your internet connection. Wi-Fi or 3G will provide the fastest download speeds. On a good Wi-Fi connection the latest content should take less than twenty seconds to download. On 3G this will take slightly longer.

How do I download offline content?

Tap the saved content button on the top navigation bar (this button looks like an open book). Then tap 'Select offline reading'.

How much offline content can I save?

You may save as many news sections or articles as you wish. You are limited only by the available space on your iPad.

How do I search for an article?

At the top right of the home screen is a search function. You can view up to 6 months worth of historical content on the app.

Can I customise the app?

You can rearrange the news sections appear on the left hand side of your home screen. Do this by going into settings (located on the top navigation bar) and then rearrange the sections in the 'Customise main screen' section.

How do I save articles?

Save articles using the briefcase function from within the article, which sits at the right hand side of the tab bar. This will add the article to your briefcase. To find your saved articles tap the saved articles icon.

How do I share articles?

Share articles using the function at the top right hand side of the tab bar when you are in an article. This will open up an email message for you to enter a colleague's email address, with the link to the article in the email text.

How do I change the font size?

To change the font size within an article on the app just tap on the A A symbols in the centre of the toolbar. Tap the A to increase the font to the size that you require and tap the A to decrease font size.

How do I comment on an article?

Using the share button you can choose "Add comment". Your name and email address will automatically be populated, you just need to type your comment and press "submit".

How do I subscribe?
