In 2005, Frode Aschim, a Norwegian, and Ulf Brunnstrom, a Swede, founded Range Capital in London. Scandinavia accounts for most of the country exposure in the firms two funds, while Swedish investors constitute an important component of its clientele. Moreover, Aschim and Brunnstrom spent part of their asset management careers working for Swedish firms.
