As hedge funds grow, having the skills and resources to stay ahead of the curve is essential Neil Wilson We should move on now to complexity and how you maintain operational strength as you grow. Obviously, we have different strategies in the room. Ferox is very much focused on convertibles; Tisbury has come out of the event-driven side; Lansdowne and Marshall Wace are out of the equity side; BlueCrest came out of the fixed income side and moved across all strategies; and BlackRock also in fixed income but out of traditional asset management.
