Saglio's Zadig Asset Management - whose slogan for many years was "Life's too short to be long" - plans to launch a long-only UCITS product that can go head to head with the -mutual fund industry's big names.
The plan is not as surprising as it might at first appear, given that Saglio's success has been based on a high-conviction, research-driven value stock-picking style not dissimilar to that used by Warren Buffett or Peter Lynch.
