Duet rolls out punchier version of market-neutral global fund to target higher returns

Duet Asset Management, the London-based asset and wealth management house, is offering a more aggressive version of its flagship Duet Global Opportunities Fund to investors for the first time.

Both funds are run by Jason McNab, who has managed the main strategy – a market-neutral fund investing in equity catalyst event trades that won a EuroHedge award in 2007 – since 2003.

The new vehicle, named the Duet Global Plus Fund, is designed to provide higher returns than its sister fund, with higher volatility. The enhanced strategy has already built up a one-year track record, having been launched internally...
