Singapore-based Crescent Hill Capital is gearing up for a 1
July launch of its pan-Asian long/short equity Crescent Hill
Asia Opportunities Fund.
The fund, which is looking at an approximate $50 million
launch size, is backed by Crescent Hill’s key
partner Crescent Point, an emerging-markets private equity firm
founded in 2002 by former Morgan Stanley executives.
Crescent Point’s well-known Asian private
equity investments include AirAsia in Malaysia, Carmen Copper
Corporation in the Philippines, Tudou Holdings in China, Arqaam
Capital in the UAE and Masterskill Education in Malaysia, among
