Few analysts yet believe that it is absolutely necessary to panic about the Chinese economy. But in light of recent economic data from Beijing, some commentators believe we may be approaching that point.

After all, anecdotal evidence suggests that those who can, are shorting Chinese equities at a quicker clip than ever before.
