I would like to book….

Q.  I wish to purchase just 1 ticket, not a table of 10
A.  We only sell full tables for Awards events. 

 

Q.  Do I have to fill in a booking form or can I register over the telephone or by email?
A.  We must receive a completed booking form. Registrations will not be accepted and confirmed by any other method.

 


I have already booked….

 

Q.  I haven’t received confirmation of my booking. When should I expect to receive it?
A.  You will receive confirmation by email within 24 hours from the time of booking. If you do not receive your confirmation email within this time, please contact us.

 

Q.  When will I receive my ticket?
A.  Your ticket will be issued to you by your table host.  If you are a table host and have not received your 10 tickets, please contact us.

 


Invoices and payment ....

 

Q.  My invoice is incorrect. Who should I contact to amend it?
A.  You should send any changes, including your invoice number as reference, to events@hedgefundintelligence.com

 

Q.  Can I pay for my booking by credit card?
A.  Yes. You can pay by calling +44 (0)20 7779 7350. Please do not provide credit card details on your booking form, or by email or fax.

 

Q.  I haven’t received an invoice/receipt for my booking. Can you send me one?
A.  Yes. Email us with your request.

 

Q.  I have credit from a previous event. Can I use it to come to this event?
A.  Yes. You must inform the events team in writing via email if you wish to transfer on to this event.

 


I can no longer make it to the event….

 

Q.  Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?
A.  We do not accept cancellations. Transfers to future events are by written request only.  Please email us with your request.

 

Q.  Can I transfer my booking to my colleague or to another event?
A.  You can transfer your booking to a colleague or hold it as credit for a future HedgeFund Intelligence event. If you would like to transfer your booking please contact us.

 


I have a general event query….

 

Q.  Can I have a delegate list?
A.  It is our policy not to release delegate lists.

 

Q.  What is the dress code for this event?
A.  Black Tie.
