I would like to book….
Q. I am not sure which rate I qualify for. Can you clarify?
A. If you are a service provider you must pay the standard rate. Only delegates from fund management firms and investment companies qualify for the lower rate. End institutional investors can attend for free.

Funds of hedge funds, consultants, advisors, financial advisors, seeders, investment advisors, for example
Hedge fund managers, traditional asset managers, CTA’s, private equity funds, etc
Prime brokers, brokers, administrators, accountants, auditors, lawyers, technology providers, recruiters, public relations, for example
Q. You have several discounts on offer. Can I have more than one discount applied to my booking?
A. Only one discount can be applied per booking.
Q. I can only attend for one day. Can I purchase a one-day pass?
A. One day tickets are not available for this conference. All tickets cover the full two days.
Q. I can only attend for one day. Can I share my ticket with a colleague?
A. If you would like to share your ticket with a colleague you must apply in writing to us via email. A decision will be made at our discretion.
Q. Do I have to fill in a booking form or can I register over the telephone or by email?
A. We must receive a completed booking form. Registrations will not be accepted and confirmed by any other method.

Q. I haven’t received confirmation of my booking. When should I expect to receive it?
A. You will receive confirmation by email within 24 hours from the time of booking. If you do not receive your confirmation email within this time, please contact us.
Q. When will I receive my ticket?
A. Your ticket will be emailed to you two weeks before the event. You must bring your ticket with you to register.
Q. I have not received my ticket and the event is less than two weeks away. What should I do?
A. Contact the events team to check your email address. If you do not receive your ticket prior to the event, please bring a business card with you to register.
Invoices and payment ....
Q. My invoice is incorrect. Who should I contact to amend it?
A. You should send any changes, including your invoice number as reference, to firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. Can I pay for my booking by credit card?
A. Yes. You can pay by calling +44 (0)20 7779 7350. Please do not provide credit card details on your booking form, or by email or fax.
Q. I haven’t received an invoice/receipt for my booking. Can you send me one?
A. Yes. Email us with your request.
Q. I have credit from a previous event. Can I use it to come to this event?
A. Yes. You must inform the events team in writing via email if you wish to transfer on to this event.
I can no longer make it to the event….
Q. Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?
A. We do not accept cancellations. Transfers to future events are by written request only. Please email us with your request.
Q. Can I transfer my booking to my colleague or to another event?
A. You can transfer your booking to a colleague or hold it as credit for a future HedgeFund Intelligence event. If you would like to transfer your booking please contact us.

A. It is our policy not to release delegate lists. However, you can view a list of companies which attended last year here.
Q. What is the dress code for this event?
A. Business formal.
Q. Can I claim CPT/CPD credits for this event?
A. This event is not CPT/CPD accredited. However, if you would like written confirmation of your attendance, please contact us and we will be happy to provide an official letter confirming your attendance at the conference
