Macro and futures back in vogue, says latest ML survey


Demand is shifting towards classical hedge fund strategies, according to the latest the quarterly ML Alternative UCITS Barometer.

ML Capital surveyed 50 active investors in alternative investments, who collectively manage more than $102.5 billion (€80 billion) and invest around $38.4 billion (€30 billion) of those assets in alternative UCITS.

The 14-page report states that investors are most positive about global macro and global emerging markets alternative UCITS strategies.
