Crestline adds to opportunistic team


Crestline Investors, which has $6.8 billion in assets under management, has bolstered its opportunisitic strategies group with two new hires. Keith Williams, a founder of McKinsey’s recovery and transformation practice and a founding senior member of the distressed principal investing business inside Goldman Sachs’ special situations group, has joined the firm as managing director and senior portfolio manager.

Williams will continue to build the Fort Worth, Texas firm’s private credit strategies group, a unit of the firm’s opportunistic strategies group, and will also become co-portfolio manager of the Crestline Opportunity Fund II, the sixth in a series of
